Many moons ago, Mom used to supply La Casita in DLSU with her delicious pastries, cream puffs being the bestseller. She did this for over 10 years.

When she decided she didn't want to bake anymore and declared herself "retired," she barely baked for us at home 😂 

Due to the pandemic, she decided to make her old-fashioned Cream Puffs for us to supplement our income and to make good use of her time.

It's been two years since our Mom started baking Cream Puffs again and made lots of dessert lovers happy. What a crazy two years it has been!
